When are samples available?

Samples are available at various times throughout the year in limited quantities. During our sampling campaigns, if you are a member and have subscribed to Samplits offers, and your profile matches, we will automatically send you an email to let you know.

How often can I request a sample?

Each sample offer is different. Usually it is ONE sample per consumer and we limit the number of samples per household. Duplicate orders will be removed so please be courteous to other members who may want to try the product. Quantities are limited.

How long does it take to receive the sample?

Once your order has been placed, it will take approx. 3-6 weeks for your sample to arrive. We will notify you by email once we ship out your order, then add 5 to 10 days for mail delivery.

Will you share/ sell my information?

Your personal information is secure with Samplits! We take security measures to ensure all data is stored safely. You will only be contacted if you provided us with authorization to do so. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

I'm having problems adding my address.

Please verify the following:

1: Google your address to ensure you are entering as per Canada Post address requirements.

2: For your postal code, please do not use any characters such as a hyphen, period, comma or space.

I can't log in.

Please check that you are using upper and lower case where necessary, check for typos. If you are still experiencing an issue, click on ‘Forgot your password’ to reset your password.

Why didn’t I receive my sample?

Samplits sends out an email confirmation for all orders we receive. Please login to your Samplits account and confirm your order was received by us and its’ status. If your order status is marked as shipped, please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

In some rare cases, samples may get lost in transit. Please log onto your account and click the reship. Click Here.

Why am I not getting emails for samples?

Sampling offers are made available based on our client’s requirements. When we send out email offers to our members, we can only send to those members who have subscribed to our Samplits offers and promotions. Please check your profile if you would like to subscribe to our offers in the future.

Why was my account deleted/ deactivated?

Accounts will be deactivated if multiple accounts are created

OR,

Accounts have not been confirmed by consumers and after a period, it may be deactivated

OR,

We have received written notification from a consumer to deactivate his/ her account.
